Mercury Falling

Tell the mayor and city council to lower toxic mercury emissions by the same amount JEA raises rates. This is open source activism - just do what you can, no more, no less. This is not an attempt to bash JEA, but instead to help our public utility come up with innovative solutions to reduce mercury emissions and become a shining national example of what a utility can be.
